As Developers/Marketers/Private Club of different types of ownership products, we
sell our own membership to our own clients. We also sell 6 Fractional Ownership
resorts in Caribbean, Greece, Brazil, Morocco and Freehold in France, Morocco and
several other countries.
We sell a fantastic Private club, with a live booking system, a live exchange system
etc.

We have various ways to generate our clients from In-house, Fly-buys’, referrals,
Investors etc.
Sales reps are receiving a flat 14% commission on in-house and 10% on Fly-buys’
for the sales made under “Timeshare”.
The Fractional products are starting at €30.000 and up to €400.000.
We know that we have all the products for all kind of buyers. Our sales prices are
from €7000 and up to €2.500.000.
