YOUR CAREER WITH ROYAL RESORTS

Our representatives are carefully selected, we only employ the best.
Your career starts with you joining the team as a Sales Consultant.
You will under go a thorough 7 day basic training course, and will then be required to pass a test in order to be given clients.

All Sales Consultants experience or not must go through this process. You will be required to deliver our sales presentation to all clients.
Following this basic sales training you will receive ongoing training throughout your career.
The representatives work from one of our sales venue. He/She is part of a team. The job involves giving presentations to the public who are invited to the venue.
The representative is not asked to source leads. Leads are supplied by the Marketing Division.
The representative is required to give a sales presentation which involves explaining the company and then selling the Product. Our selling is conducted onsite and so the presentation includes a walking tour of the Resort.
At the end of the presentation the client is asked to join. Our selling is friendly, informative and truthful.
A very good representative can normally be expected to sell 30%. Our minimum requirement is 10%.

The career opportunities
The normal career path of a successful rep is

1. 12 to 18 months as sales rep on the Cold Line
2. Promotion into In House or Inspection visit
3. Sales Management
4. Venue Management
